As a PNW native, I know the ins and outs of the neighborhoods along the I-5 corridor from Portland to Bellingham. I grew up in the University Place School District and graduated from Curtis High School. After earning my Bachelors in Psychology from Western Washington University, I moved to Seattle where I lived for 10 years while working within the world of education and counseling. I spent the majority of my career at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
During my time in this fast pace real estate market, I have expanded my knowledge about standing above the rest as a listing and buyer’s agent. I strive to assist my clients in all facets of real estate with grace and a little bit of fun. Genuinely connecting with my clients and learning new ways to provide clarity and ease throughout the selling and purchasing process is everything to me.
I recently moved back to Seattle in the growing neighborhood of West Seattle. I love seeking out new restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities in this friendly community. I also enjoys spending time cooking, hiking, practicing yoga and meditation. Want to learn about what's going on in today's market over a walk and coffee? Don't hesitate to reach out!
Ferrah was professional, organized and always available. She helped us navigate both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. Her kind and genuine personality helped quickly build a trusting rapport and eased our worries. She took the time to not only inform us but to advocate for us. Ferrah frequently helped us clarify our options, but she never pressured us in any direction. We always felt that we made the decisions and that she was our knowledgeable, helpful and efficient agent.
We would definitely recommend Ferrah Seifert to our friends and family or use her again! Ferrrah went above and beyond to help us get our new home!”
