Looking for takeout right now? Salty’s at Redondo Beach has a variety of fresh seafood you can enjoy at home like King Salmon, prawns and scallops, fish & chips, dungeness crab cakes and more.
If you’re in need of a little fresh air, it doesn’t get any fresher than at Dash Point. The State Park is closed at this time, but the beach near Dash Point and the Pier is open.
The weather has been teasing us with a taste of summer weather already and that gets us excited for summer fun at Wild Waves Theme Park - Get ready for 10 water rides that will keep you cool, 7 thrill rides that will get your heart pumping and 20 rides that are a little more mellow for families and kids or just hang out in the wave pool.
The Federal Way Community Center is less than 3 miles and is the place to go for activities! Find everything you need for your fitness and recreation needs — from group fitness classes to a fully equipped fitness center, from lap and leisure pools to a 27-foot climbing pinnacle. Join a pick-up game or league sport in one of our three gyms. Their free community wing is a great place to relax. Get cozy at the Dumas Bay Center. This 12 acre park like setting is perfect for events, retreats and weddings. They have 67 bedrooms to accommodate your guests, on-site catering, stunning views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains and lush gardens! Closed until May 31st at this time, but are updating their website as needed with info.
Just 4 miles away near The Commons at Federal Way has more takeout options like Red Robin, Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings, Kohuru Japanese, Chipotle, QDOBA Mexican Grill, Poverty Bay Cafe, and Black Bear Diner. There’s also a Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Marlene’s Market & Deli and Target for essentials, plus an Urgent Care if you need medical attention.
