“I love my neighborhood! Most homes are owner occupied. During the summer many neighbors have outdoor parties. The immediate neighborhood is as diverse as Tacoma and urban in character. The house sits up on a hill and overlooks the area with a view of Mount Rainier. From the comfortable porch I can check out my garden boxes and see if the “mountain is out”. The old growth fir trees are a huge presence on the property.”
