“The birds - there are a lot of different birds singing in this neighborhood, and lots of hummingbirds. The hummingbirds will come very close if you hang a feeder or attractive plant (they love fuchsias). The hydrangeas out front are beautiful in the summer. We love that the yard is landscaped in a low maintenance way. Sitting on the back deck while the last light of the afternoon streams through the trees. The house feels super private despite having nearby neighbors. How quiet it is - you can hear the birds singing or the kids playing in the cul de sac behind us. Walking the dogs down to the little private park. THE KITCHEN!!
