FROM THE SELLER
A little from the sellers about the location, and what they’ll miss about the neighborhood and home -
“I am going to miss my amazing neighbors, they are all extremely nice and helpful. Always a great time mowing the lawn and chatting with neighbors, giving each other ideas for yard improvements. So quiet here, never a hectic day.”
“The yard has a huge blossoming cherry tree on the far corner of the lot and a tall Japanese maple overhangs the fire pit area.”
“What’s great about this location is you can be in town in 15 minutes, or to a variety of parks/mountain settings in 20-30 minutes. Just far enough out of town where you get a relaxed feeling, and the sense of peace.”
“When dining out nearby, I really enjoy visiting Trapper’s Sushi, only about 15-20 minutes away. They have an all you can eat sushi bar, try the Warrior roll!”

Get out and explore the Morse Wildlife Preserve - was established by a donation of land from Lloyd and Maxine Morse. Situated at the headwaters of the north fork of Muck Creek, and consists of almost 100 acres. A tremendous volunteer effort is under way to reintroduce native prairie plants, remove invasive plant species and foster the growth of the oak savannah. The Morse Force, which serves as the volunteer management team for the Preserve, holds monthly work parties to restore the wetland, prairie and upland habitats as well as building a boardwalk and new trails. The preserve is a mosaic of forests, wetlands, meadow and remnant prairie home to a variety of birds and wildlife.
