Along nearby North 21st Street is the Three Bridges Business District which includes local businesses such as Willow Salon and Spa, Source Yoga, Magoo’s Ale House, The Beach House Salon, and one of our faves, La Paloma. You won’t need to go far to get your fresh, high-quality & hard-to-find meat that comes from local farms. Dave’s Meat and Produce have been a long-standing staple in this neighborhood. They also offer a small selection of produce, beer, wine, condiments, and bread. On the weekends they have a burger & fries stand out front if you don’t feel like firing up the grill yourself.

Lander Coffee is another local favorite and is just six blocks away from this home. It’s bright, cozy, with a minimalist vibe, and friendly. When their shop opens again, it’s a great place to meet up with a friend or sit and catch up on a little work, and a little play area for kiddos. Get fresh pressed juices, get a jug of latte or cold brew to get you through that work-from-home week, and beans to make your own fresh pressed coffee at home.

This home is by the University of Puget Sound campus (one of the best spots for fall foliage & a cool summer breeze). Every Spring UPS hosts a flea market with the Women’s League – you can find around 70+ vendors selling antiques, repurposed items, vintage, jewelry, bath and body goods, home decor, crafts, artwork, and food trucks! The college also regularly host concerts and art exhibits and has a few coffee shops that are open to the public.
