You’ll be happy to know that the Eastside of Tacoma just got a Community Center - spacious pool that’s great for laps, there’s a fun slide, diving board, spray features, climbing wall, water vortex, hot tub, aqua zip and more. You can book pool parties, partake in some water exercise and swimming lessons AND it’s affordable! Playing in the water isn’t the only thing you can do here; they also have a Metronome Coffee shop, basketball court, recording studio, training kitchen, social hall, fitness area and a dance room. While this new center is focusing on safe space for youth to go, it will serve the entire community. More info on how the Eastside Community Center came to be.
