Each June, REALTOR® Magazine features 30 young rising stars in the real estate industry who are making a significant impact in their industry. These incredible individuals were nominated by others in the industry and were selected to be a part of the 30 Under 30 selection based on their sales volume, leadership skills, and community involvement. The finalists for 2023 represent some of the most talented and innovative individuals in the field. 50 finalists are chosen from a pool of hundreds of nominees, and Windermere Abode’s very own Spencer Eiseman is one of them!
Spencer serves on the board of the Tacoma-Pierce County Young Professionals Network and the Tacoma-Pierce Country Association of Realtors Diversity Committee. He is passionate about assisting his fellow LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalized groups in building their wealth through homeownership and is a member of the Real Estate Alliance.
Here’s what Spencer has to say about being a 30 Under 30 finalist:
“It honestly feels a little surreal, I’ve had my eye on 30 under 30 since I got into the industry. I love a good competition and challenging myself, but I had zero expectations when I submitted my application. I’m honored to be a Realtor and simply flattered to be recognized by NAR on this level. We’ve got work to do as an industry and I hope to use this platform to make waves in the social justice and environmental justice realms.“
Of the 50 finalists, 30 of them are chosen to be a part of the 2023 class of 30 Under 30 with one being selected by an online voting held for people to choose their favorite finalist in the Web Choice Award contest. The winner of this voting contest will be guaranteed a spot in this year’s 30 Under 30 and will be named the Web Choice Winner, with the other 29 honorees being selected from judges.
