We will miss early morning sips of coffee at the kitchen island and the neighborhood cat, who would often stop by when we were out hanging out on the front porch. We will also miss the proximity to 6th Ave, Stadium District, downtown, and Hilltop.
Backyard off alley has two paved parking spots and large garden beds. Nice sized front porch and a back deck. The Wedge Neighborhood is one of Tacoma’s most beautiful historic neighborhoods. Tree-lined street with beautiful leaves in the spring and fall.
Wright Park is very close by and is ideal for a leisurely stroll or a quick walk, and is very popular in the summer months as it has a free sprayground, playground and plenty of picnic tables. This 27-acre arboretum is home to a rich collection of more than 600 trees - stunning in both the spring & summer when they’re ample and bright green, and impressive in the fall as they change from green to all the fall colors. WW Seymour Conservatory is a community treasure, hosting events throughout the year and a rotating assortment of seasonal flowers.
The Stadium District has just about everything you could ask for and is only 4 minutes away. Rhein Haus is the best spot for dinner; their giant pretzels are ridiculously yummy. Additionally there is a local tavern, Hank’s, that makes a mean pizza pie. Get homestyle breakfast and enjoy the historic photos on the walls at the Hob Nob.
