As Designated Broker and an Owner of Windermere Abode Lakewood, REALTOR® I oversee and manage the brokers at our new Abode office in Lakewood, which opened in June 2022.
With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to have a successful real estate career, balanced with civic engagement. Prior to ownership I was the principle managing broker with a large top performing firm in Tacoma for 5 years after selling fulltime for over a decade years prior.
In addition to my time and experience in real estate, I am also deeply committed to giving back to my industry community. I am currently the President Elect of TPCAR, Diversity and Leadership Academy Chairs, NAR FPC for US Representative Marilyn Strickland, WR Legislative steering, Director on the Western Washington Realtist board, and working on the Black Home Initiative (BHI). Outside of real estate I am actively involved in a number of local charitable organizations and is always looking for ways to make a positive impact in the lives of those around me. The one nearest and dearest to my heart is Raising Girls, a local black owned nonprofit educating adults and kids on period poverty and providing hygiene care items for both girls and boys.
When I'm not doing all that fun stuff, I enjoy spending time with my daughter Jasmyn Jr., exploring the outdoors, traveling, posting pictures of my dog, Chuck Mr. Peanut Butter Cup, cooking, and watching documentaries.
