My husband and I are first time home buyers and we could not have purchased our first home without Sherry!!! I first reached out to her on Instagram to ask what our first steps should be and if we even had a chance in this crazy market. Sherry provided several resources for financing along with helpful literature about what to expect when you are in the home buying process. She was so patient and helpful with us as we were a special case... (out of state, and relocating a business). She would give us FaceTime tours of the homes we were interested in and also drive us around the neighborhoods to see what the surroundings were like. Sherry put in our offer on the house we really wanted and advocated for us to keep all of our contingencies and inspections and the appraisal came back way over our offer price! Buying a home without every setting foot inside was scary but we felt taken care of because we knew we could call or text Sherry any questions we had and she would get back with an answer, or calm our nerves.
