A LITTLE MORE INFO ABOUT WHAT’S NEARBY
With the Stay At Home order in place, there isn’t much to see and do at the moment, but we wanted to share with you what’s around this Edmonds home, so you’ll know what to explore when we can all enjoy the outdoors again!
Rory’s is closed right now for dining in, but they do have a great takeout menu right now or burgers, soup & salad, meatballs with different sauces, wings and sandwiches.
If the Pine Ridge park isn’t big enough for you, Yost Park is a couple minutes away and is just as sizable. This deep ravine, filled with hundreds of Evergreen trees, is situated along Shell Creek. The trails from the two parks connect between the neighborhoods. There’s also the Yost Pool and Yost Tennis & Pickleball courts, which are closed right now. Check their website for reopening information.
Downtown Edmonds and the waterfront are only 3 miles away. There you’ll find a plethora of restaurants, breweries, landings to view the Puget Sound, museums and shops. You can also catch the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry too if you’re looking for little day trips to Hansville, Port Gamble and Port Townsend.
