I get to call Tacoma home now, but grew up in Texas, mainly the Dallas area and San Antonio. When I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2001, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it became my new home...and one that I loved. After high school, long days of basketball, and working for the YMCA for nearly seven years - my wife (Brooke) and I became business owners of Urban Xchange in Downtown Tacoma. Living in the heart of the city since 2008, you could call me a Tacoma Enthusiast; one of the city’s biggest fans.
Over the last two years, I’ve taken that fandom and spread it throughout the world of real estate. I’ve had the privilege of helping both buyers and sellers from Seattle, Belfair, Shelton, Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Tacoma, and beyond. Now, I’ve decided to focus in on the city I love the most... Tacoma. My values are non-negotiable: be a resource for my clients, contribute to the community, be part of a diverse environment, and guide all who want to adventure Tacoma. Whether I’m walking our dog Rio through the North Slope, playing ball and (daydreaming of) dunking on my opponents, having a cold one at my favorite local spot (State Street), or exploring homes, I’m here to talk... Tacoma, your current home, your next home, and where I’ll be to help through the process.
Robin Mattson, Tacoma“Nick is an incredible realtor! He made what felt like the impossible, possible for our family. He was extremely dedicated to our process of finding our dream home. We looked at many homes and he always kept our hopes high when we felt discouraged. He knows the ins and outs of Tacoma better than most so we felt confident he knew exactly what we wanted for our location. We were first time home buyers and that comes with a little uncertainty but Nick helped us through the entire process explaining each step to ease any anxiety that comes with buying a home. We can’t recommend Nick enough!”
