Give for Good Drive RECAP! (Part 1)

Thank you EVERYONE who contributed to making the first leg of our Give for Good Drive this year so successful!

This year, we supported the food bank program for the Mid-County Community Center (MCCC), a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that plays a vital role in supporting the lives of local senior residents. MCCC has been serving the local seniors in Pierce County for over 30 years. They offer a secure environment where older adults can participate in activities, programs, and services that enrich their experiences and interests. MCCC seeks to strengthen the mental and physical well being of their local seniors and promote a life of independence, quality social interaction and friendships.

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude as we reflect on the tremendous outpouring of generosity from our community. Through the kindness of our community members, we collected $1,150 in cash donations! With these funds, our office was able to purchase an array of food items, ensuring that approximately 200 seniors in our community experienced a wonderful holiday meal and more.

The spirit of giving this year has truly made this Give for Good Drive one for the books! We extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every individual who played a role in making this drive a success!
